Shipping Terms

Orders are usually processed within business hours. However, please allow up to 12 hours for your order to be processed.

Some items cannot be shipped due to policies set by the courier company and will only be available by in-store collection.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) by the courier service as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and we shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier company.

Livestock Travel Safety

When shipping livestock, we will package them to the best of our ability for a safe trip to their destination. Once livestock has left the store, they are out of our possession and there is no guarantee that they will arrive safely.

We recommend finding your own trusted courier for collection and transport within 3hrs. It is best to transport in a temperature-regulated container.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates will be communicated to you during your order via Whatsapp. Rates are based on Uber Courier/ The Courier Guy.
